Appointments & Referrals

Active duty service members need a referral to visit urgent care facilities. Active duty dependents may visit urgent care facilities without a referral. Please call the urgent care facility ahead of time to verify the office is in the TRICARE network. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.

To make an appointment, please call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 866-645-4584. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.  

Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Christmas Day: Closed 

The Langley 633rd Medical Group Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day.
