The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Other services at the 633rd Medical Group - Joint Base Langley-Eustis consist of Behavioral Health Care Facilitator, Behavioral Health Optimization Program, Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator, Exceptional Family Member Program, Internal Behavioral Health Consultant, Multi-Services Flight, Operating Room, Orthopedic/Podiatry, Otolaryngology, Outpatient Records/Release of Information, Perioperative Services, Public Health, and the Referral Management Center. Public Health


Public Health services include occupational health, community health, and deployment health. Occupational health programs include hearing conservation or audiograms, fetal protection, medical employee health, and occupational illness investigations. Community health programs include communicable disease education, epidemiology, entomology, food and public facility sanitation, travel medicine, disease surveillance and investigations. Deployment health programs include pre- and post-deployment processing, deployment related health assessments, and medical intelligence analysis.
