Our neurology clinic is for active duty service members only.

Services provided:

  • General neurology
  • Migraine management, including Botox injections *
  • Epilepsy
  • Movement Disorders
  • Nerve Conduction Studies/EMG Electromyographic Studies
  • Lumbar Punctures
* Botox injections are provided to adult TRICARE beneficiaries only.

Appointments must be made via primary care manager referral.
