The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Dermatology Clinic

Our dermatology clinic supports active duty service members and their dependents only.

Services provided:
  • Evaluation and treatment of skin complaints, including:
    • Growths
    • Rashes
    • Cancers
    • Acne
    • Vitiligo
    • Hair Loss
  • Skin exams
  • Basic skin cancer excision or removal
  • Basic cyst excisions (Based on medical necessity only)
  • Botox injections (For hyperhidrosis only)
 These services are not available: 
  • Mohs surgery
  • Cosmetic procedures
  • Most laser procedures, to include laser hair removal.
  • Phototherapy
  • Cosmetic services, to include:
    • Botox, fillers
    • Elective removal of asymptomatic benign lesions, such as benign moles and skin tags
 Primary care manager referral needed for appointments.
