Referral Management Center

Primary care managers often place referrals to specialists to help with you care. Referral management is the process of managing and tracking those referrals. To check the status of a pending network referral call TRICARE at 1-800-444-5445. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. Or, you can go online to TRICARE to check your referral status.
