Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.

Mammography Clinic 

Detects breast cancer early through screening and diagnostic testing, ultimately improving the outcome for each woman's health. We have two imaging rooms and a biopsy room.     

Services Provided     

  • 3-D screening and diagnostic mammograms
  • Diagnostic (focal) breast ultrasound
  • Mammo and ultrasound guided breast biopsies       
Open to active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, family members and retirees.

How to Make an Appointment

Contact your provider to have an order placed in MHS GENESIS. Off-base orders can be brought into Radiology directly, or your off-base provider can fax your order to 757-225-5874.
Please allow at least 48 hours before calling to schedule your appointment.

Important Information

  • Bring all prior imaging and reports to your appointment.
  • CD with images will be updated into synapse for comparison.
  • This allows for the most accurate readings when priors are available.       

On the day of your exam

No deodorant, lotions or powders. If you forget, we offer wipes to remove it.
