Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy services are only available to active duty personnel on a referral basis. Your primary care manager must refer you for physical therapy care in order to schedule an appointment. All initial appointments are schedule by the appointment center. Follow up appointments are scheduled by the staff. Services offered include evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal pains: head, neck, thoracic, lumbar, sacroiliac, upper and lower extremities neurological symptoms. This includes: sciatica, radiculopathy, and neuritis, headaches, scoliosis. The Physical Therapy Clinic does not treat neurology, cardiology, women's health or complex vestibular cases at this time. Active duty service member Injury Call offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:30 - 10:30 a.m.
